I thoroughly enjoy each one of my newborn portrait sessions, but it is always so special when I photograph a client’s newborn, and then the family returns to me a few years later to capture their second (or third or fourth) baby. I love seeing my clients again and helping them document their growing family, and it is such a treat for me to see “my babies” again as toddlers and watch them embrace their new role as big brother or big sister. As I think is evident in the images below, this particular big brother was one of the most loving and proud I have ever photographed – such a sweetheart!
I photographed new baby Z at just under two weeks old, and he was just perfect — such a good sleeper, just like his big brother was for his session. He allowed us to capture lots of different poses and expressions (it is always exciting as a newborn photographer to capture both a yawn AND several smiles in the same session)! This sweet little guy is so very loved (as you can see from the following photos), and I am so happy for his beautiful family!
