Valentine’s Day newborn portraits | Bethesda photographer
Although most of my newborn portrait sessions take place within the first 2.5 weeks after the baby is born, I have photographed many, many “older” newborns, including this sweet girl, who was just about 5 weeks old at the time of her session. As you can see, she was still a petite little girl at 5 weeks! She slept through most of her session, but we also captured some adorable awake images as well. (Her wakeful expressions were simply adorable, especially her sweet little smile in the third image below!)
We used a variety of different colors for her portraits, but her mom specifically requested that we use some pinks and incorporate some hearts into her session, to reflect the fact that she was born on Valentine’s Day. ❤ I am a total sucker for holiday-themed images, so you can imagine my excitement about this request!
