Fall baby portraits | DC newborn photographer

The last few months were crazy busy here at Tina Krafts Photography, so I am *finally* catching up on blogging some fall and winter sessions!  I was so fortunate to have photographed many newborns here in the Washington, D.C. area over the last few months, including this incredibly sweet little guy.   This cutie was born in late September, so his mom and dad requested that we incorporate some autumn-inspired elements into his session.  I was quite excited because, as many of you know, I LIVE for the fall! 🙂  We were able to capture quite a variety of fall-inspired images, in addition to many simply styled, traditional portraits.  These are a few of my favorites from our time together.

    Maternity portrait sessions are so fun because they are filled with excitement, joy, and anticipation. There is something really special about photographing a glowing mom-to-be, regardless of whether she is awaiting her first or fifth baby.

    I also know how busy (and often exhausting) that time before baby’s arrival can be, so I try to make maternity portraits as easy and stress-free as possible. With my client closet of beautiful dresses and professional hair and makeup artistry to make you look and feel your best, all you need to do is show up for your session; I will take care of everything else! Consider your maternity session some pre-baby pampering that will result in some beautiful images that you will treasure long after your little one arrives!
